What is the return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, or in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hey@fckthtsht.co.uk. We will advise your nearest returns address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: we are only able to refund you for the price of the products purchased. You will not be refunded for the shipping cost of your initial order. You are responsible for the shipping of all returns and exchanges, but we will ship the exchanged item back to you at no additional cost. For your security, we recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number.
Returns and refunds will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- You entered the incorrect address. (If you did enter the wrong address, please contact us immediately and if you do so before we ship your order, we can change it for you).
- You ordered the wrong size. The size chart clearly states T-shirt sizes so please check first.
- The product is damaged or altered in any way.
- It has been over 14 days since you received your item.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it fit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, just give us a shout ans we'll sort you out.
Exchanges
To begin an exchange, please send us an email at hey@fckthtsht.co.uk.
The product must be in its original packaging or in new condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if we deem it fit.
Exchanges may be denied for the following reasons:
- The wrong product was ordered.
- The product is damaged in any way.
- It has been more than 14 days since the product was received.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Where are your products manufactured?
We have several fulfillment locations worldwide to help ensure all of our customers around the globe will receive their orders in a timely manner. Fulfillment locations include the US, EU, UK, and Canada. Your order will be shipped out from the nearest one depending on your location.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How long does shipping take?
Orders will usually be fulfilled 2-5 business days after you place your order. Shipping takes 5-10 business days depending on where you live. Certain locations outside of the US, EU, UK, and Canada may take longer. Holidays and busy seasons may impact these times.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What are the washing instructions for our T-shirts?
Our tees are meant be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners, or dry-clean the items.
Our apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang dry works best.
When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Do not iron the print.
Is my credit card information safe?
Absolutely! All transactions are processed through a secure server and we don't store any information.
You you take requests?
Certainly do! If you have an idea for a lyric T design you'd like I'll try my best to create one, it may take 1-2 weeks though so please bear that in mind. Contact me at hey@fckthtsht.co.uk in the first instance and let mw know what you're looking for. There is a charge of £20 for bespoke designs plus the cost of the T-shirt obviously.
